Experienced / Senior Frontend Developer
(also known as: JavaScript Developer, Web Developer)

Here’s what you would be doing:
1. Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
2. Create website layout/user interface by using modern HTML/CSS standards.
3. Maintain a JavaScript-based MVC framework of our product.
4. Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
5. Upgrade web application(s) based on feedback/complaints from Customer team.
6. Evaluates and integrate 3rd party APIs, including SDKs for social networks, advertising platforms, and analytics.
7. Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
8. Create and maintain software documentation
9. Maintain, expand, and scaling our site.
10. Track emerging technologies and trends and apply them into operations and activities.
 

Here’s what we would like to see you from you
1. At least 3-years of experience developing web applications.
2. Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills; able to convert PSD/Zeplin files.
3. Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS and
4. Strong understanding of consuming RESTful APIs.
5. Experience deploying via Web-pack.
6. Knowledge of Google’s Firebase is a bonus but if you don’t know it you will learn.
7. Exposure to at least one server-side language, e.g., PHP (preferred), Ruby, NodeJS.
8. Meticulous with form validation.
9. Strong debugging best practices.
10. A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
11. Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development.
12. Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.
13. Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation process.
14. Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
15. Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
16. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.


Engineering Manager
(also known as: Project manager, Engineering Supervisor)

Here’s what you would be doing:
1. Oversee that developers write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
2. Report daily on projects’ progresses and ensures that projects are delivered on time.
3. Evaluates and integrates 3rd party APIs, including SDKs for social networks, advertising platforms, and analytics.
4. Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
5. Create and maintain software documentation across developers
6. Track emerging technologies and trends and apply them into operations and activities.
