Customer Advisor

(Corporate / Full-Time)

We are looking to add a new team member who works closely with our customers who are mainly from the US, UK, and APAC from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm (Singapore time). As a customer advisor, you will speak with customers over video conference calls and email to help them to run their Team-Based Learning classes using InteDashboard with minimal issues. 

Main Responsibilities



Help customers to set up InteDashboard account over a Zoom call


Check in calls

Schedule weekly check in calls with onboarded customers


Follow up for renewal

Follow up with student-licence expiring customers to renew their contract


Support tickets

Respond to customer enquires via email


Creating educational resources 

Create user guides and videos to outline the steps of basic features

Main Requirements


Strong command of written and spoken English, and preferably Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers


Ability to work between 10am and 6pm Singapore time


Ability to listen to and understand American and European customers


Ability to cover for the remote customer advisors working on US and European time zones when either of them are on leave


Past experience working with support teams (preferred but not required)
