Customer Success and Account Director – Global

CognaLearn was founded to help educators replace lectures with Team-Based Learning. Our award winning www.intedashboard.com online team-based learning platform provides professors with the real- time data to deliver the engaging collaborative learning experiences used to develop problem- solving skills essential for the workforce. Since inception at Duke-NUS Medical School, we have grown to serve over 100 institutions, 20 of the top 100 US universities, 1 in 10 US medical schools and 25% of the Ivy League.


We are seeking a Customer Success and Account Director, based at our global headquarters in Singapore and reporting to our founder.

Overview of role

What You Will be Doing

  • Retaining: Monitor customer activities and sentiments to proactively ensure retention.​

  • Renewing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase renewals and expansions.

  • Referring: Ensure educator and student success to transform our customers into advocates.

  • Leading: Manage the global customer success team, guide team members to provide product
    knowledge to drive positive customer outcomes and address escalated customer issues.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely customer success data.

  • Learning: Become fluent in the InteDashboard technology platform and team-based learning.

  • Collaborating: Work with sales, marketing, product, and leadership on go-to-market strategy.

What You Should Have

  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or account servicing experience with a track record of consistently driving successful renewals and expansions.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead people internally and externally.

  • Problem solving: Quantitative skills to understand, measure, and forecast customer behaviour
    and revenue.

  • Communication: Excellent writing and oral communication skills.

  • Attitude: Positive outlook and ability to develop relationships with global teams and educators.

  • Execution: Willingness and comfort with hands-on, organized, and detailed execution.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Exposure to healthcare higher education in North
    America such as medical, pharmacy and nursing schools is a plus.
