Global Reset Week (Dec 24, 2025 - Jan 01, 2026)

In continuation of our initiative of the Global Reset Week, our team members will take a company holiday to step away and recharge. From Dec 24, 2025 to Jan 01, 2026, we’ll be operating with a reduced staff. IF-AT orders placed after Dec 11, 2025 will be confirmed and processed from Jan 06, 2026. Order deliveries will resume between Jan 07 and 15, 2026. IF-AT queries sent after Dec 22, 2025 will be attended to from 06 Jan, 2026.

Answer keys: Each order will receive four answer keys regardless of ordered quantity. If you are particular about the answer keys, please check with us before you place your order.

Order cut-off: Orders successfully placed and paid by Thursday 10 pm (Singapore time) will be processed by the following Tuesday for delivery. If Tuesday is a public holiday in Singapore, the orders will be processed by the next business day. It will take three to 10 business days for the orders to be delivered.

Delivery information: We are unable to deliver to a PO box. Please provide a complete address and a contact number.  Missing building number or suite number will result in a non-delivery. The shipping fee will apply again for subsequent delivery once the order is returned to the fulfillment center.

Add on for first-time InteDashboard customers:
  • Offer valid for new customers who have not previously subscribed to InteDashboard.
  • InteDashboard add-on includes access for unlimited instructors and up to 150 students for 12 months.
  • A minimum purchase of 500 IF-AT forms (any variation) is required to qualify.
Next day processing: 
  • Optional - a fee of US$18 will be levied. 
  • Only applicable for orders placed between Monday and Wednesday, Singapore time, excluding Singapore public holidays.
  • P.O. box is not accepted as delivery address.
  • Shipping address and contact number must be provided and correct.
  • Incorrect shipping address resulting in non-delivery will incur a second shipment fee.
Custom duty: Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees, unless these charges are explicitly included in the order total at checkout.
 
Order fulfillment: Only successfully paid orders will be placed on queue for fulfillment. Purchase order is not considered as a form of payment.
 
Refund policy: Orders are cannot be exchanged or refunded after 24 hours from payment. A $12 administration fee will apply for each refund.
 
Quality Guarantee: The IF-AT forms are good for 12 months from the date of delivery. The IF-AT forms must be kept out of UV light and away from the heat in order to maximize their shelf life.
