Marketing Intern (6-month internship)

About the role
We are hiring a Marketing Intern (6 months) to support our marketing team across email marketing, social media, community content, CRM (HubSpot), reporting, and campaign execution. This internship is designed to be hands-on and portfolio-building—you’ll work on real marketing deliverables tied to events, conferences, and pipeline growth. You will get to work with a global team and experience connecting withour customers and partners from over 100+ countries.

What you’ll learn (and be able to put on your resume)
- How to create marketing campaigns
- How to write conversion-focused copy for email, web pop-ups, and social media
- How marketing supports the pipeline in a B2B environment
- How to track and summarise results using metrics like open rate, CTR, registrations, and conversions
- How to maintain clean CRM data and support imports in HubSpot
- Gain exposure to global markets, including North America and Europe
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating event promotion emails (drafting, formatting, and QA)
- Support the marketing team in identifying and segmenting target audiences for each event/campaign
- Assist in pipeline research (lead lists, account research, segment exploration) and summarise findings in a clear, structured format
- Assist with social media marketing strategy
- Create content to post on the community forum (clear, friendly, and on-brand) to drive engagement
- Support marketing operations using HubSpot
- Assist with marketing reports and dashboards
- Assist in creating and maintaining landing pageson our website
- Support creation of marketing materials for conferences
- Assist in other marketing campaigns and ad-hoc tasks as needed
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any other field
- Strong written and verbal English and ability to adapt tone
- Detail-oriented
- Organised and reliable with deadlines
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
- Curious and willing to learn new tools/processes
Good to have
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation)
- Canva or basic content formatting experience
- Interest in events, community building, or marketing analytics

Duration: 6 months
Location: Hybrid
Schedule: Full-time
Work Hours: 10 am – 6 pm SGT OR 2pm – 10pm SGT (i.e. 8am to 4pm, CEST)
Start date: August / September 2026
